These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Molisha Digital Brand Agency website and the services we offer. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Molisha Digital Brand Agency provides website design & development, SEO, social media management, graphic design and related digital marketing services, along with ready-made digital products listed on our Digital Products page. Exact scope, timelines and pricing for any project are agreed separately in writing (quotation/invoice) before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in a quotation, projects typically require an advance payment before work starts, with the balance due on delivery or as per the agreed milestone schedule. Digital products are delivered after successful payment confirmation.
The number of revisions and delivery timeline for any project or digital product will be as specified at the time of order/quotation. Delays caused by late feedback or content from the client's side may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
Work already completed at the time of cancellation is non-refundable. Advance payments for custom projects are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Digital products, being instantly deliverable, are non-refundable once delivered/downloaded.
Ownership of final deliverables (website, designs, etc.) transfers to the client upon full and final payment, unless agreed otherwise. Molisha Digital Brand Agency may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any required access (domain, hosting, social accounts) needed to complete the work.
Molisha Digital Brand Agency will make every reasonable effort to deliver quality work on time, but is not liable for indirect losses arising from delays, third-party platform issues (hosting, ad platforms, social networks), or content/information provided by the client.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction over any disputes.
